What happens if I become unwell?
If you are not feeling well, outside of your regular clinic appointments, please contact the CF Nurses who will advise you what to do
Please call them on: 0151 600 1374.
It may be possible to bring your clinic appointment forward or they will advise you the most appropriate plan.
If you become unwell out of hours, then please contact Cherry Ward on Tel: 0151 6001053 and speak to the ward nurses who can contact a doctor and an appropriate plan for your care can be made.
What if I need to have IV antibiotics?
If you feel you need IV antibiotics, then the team would ideally need to see you in clinic first to discuss.
Please contact the CF nurses as above or Cherry Ward, if out of hours, to discuss the most suitable arrangements for your care.
