Anti-Racism
At LHCH, we want to ensure that all patients, visitors and staff are respected.
We are all responsible for eliminating all forms of racism; we must challenge ourselves and others with care and compassion.
Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital is committed to anti-racism and you can read our statement here.
We would also like you to know that we take any instances of racism seriously and if you would like to report an incident, there are a number of ways you can do so, as outlined below.
Reporting
Patient & Family
Wherever possible, please speak to a member of staff or the manager of the ward or department concerned and they should listen and help resolve your concern. However, if you remain dissatisfied and wish to raise your concern:
