The Trust has a Bank for Nursing staff and also for administrative staff. This is a great opportunity for those who want to return to practice but don’t want to have the commitment of a full time or part time job. 

The temporary staffing supports the workforce requirements of the trust reducing the need for agency. Something that the Trust has brought forward this year is the move to weekly pay for bank staff, something that has been received really well by all.
