LHCH Appoints New Medical Director

Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Manoj Kuduvalli as the Trust's new Medical Director.

Mr Kuduvalli, who is a Consultant in Cardiac and Aortic Surgery, joined LHCH more than 20 years ago as a specialist registrar in cardiothoracic surgery, before being appointed Consultant Cardiac Surgeon in 2007. In 2017, he became the Trust's Associate Medical Director for Surgery.

Jane Tomkinson, Chief Executive, said: "On behalf of everyone at LHCH, I would like to congratulate Mr Kuduvalli on his successful appointment to this important Executive role. 

"We look forward to Manoj building on the outstanding work of Dr Raphael Perry, when he retires from his role as Medical Director and Deputy Chief Executive at the end of March, after more than 30 years working at LHCH. Once again we will wish Raph a long, well-deserved, healthy and happy retirement when the time comes next year.
