Nominate now for the Patient Choice Award 2024

We would like to invite all LHCH patients, families and visitors (since 1st September 2023) to nominate an individual or team for the Patient Choice Award 2024.

Please nominate a member of staff or team that you feel deserves recognition for the outstanding work that they do to care for patients and families.  

Please use an example as to why this individual or team deserves the Patient Choice Award 2024 within your nomination.
