Medicine for Members Event

“Sudden Cardiac Death in Sport and in Young People” – Wednesday 13th March, 7.30pm at Wrexham Medical Institute, Wrexham

Dr. Johan EP Waktare, Consultant Electrophysiologist at Liverpool Heart & Chest Hospital, will present on the causes of sudden cardiac death in young people and how this relates to sports men and women. 

The talk will be pitched at a level where no prior knowledge of heart disease is needed, and is intended to be both informative and interesting.  Due to the nature of this emotive topic please note that it may touch the heart of some people.
