In a recent survey, 203,000 NHS doctors and nurses were asked to react to the statement: “If a friend or relative needed treatment, I would be happy with the standard of care provided by this organisation,” saying whether they strongly agreed, strongly disagreed, agreed, disagreed or had no view”.

92% of Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital staff agreed or strongly agreed that they would be happy to recommend LHCH to friends and family – this puts as the number five Trust in the country (3 trusts scoring 93% and the top scoring 94%).

This is fantastic news and again reinforces our belief that everything we do, underpinned by our Patient and Family Vision, is ensuring patients receive excellent, compassionate and safe care every day.
