Fantastic Result - LHCH is Joint 4th in the UK for the Friends and Family Test

We’re delighted that the first set of data published today from the NHS Friends and Family Test places us joint 4th in the UK. We have a phenomenal score of 93 out of 100 for the month of June.
We have seen a month by month increase to these scores since the Friends and Family Test was launched and have achieved an overall average score of 90.6, which is significantly higher than the overall national average of 70! This is fantastic news for us and shows that the majority of our patients would recommend our hospital wards to their friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment.
