Trust receives top results
22nd December 2015
Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital recently received the results from the PLACE Inspection (Patient Lead Assessment of the Care Environment) which took place earlier in the summer.
We are delighted to announce that the Trust achieved high ratings for each area of the assessment, which covers:
- Cleanliness
- Condition, Appearance & Maintenance
- Privacy, Dignity & Wellbeing
- Food & Hydration
Each of these four areas, which were reviewed by a team comprising patients and patient groups, were assessed as being well above the national average, including a rating of more than 97% for cleanliness and just under 95% for food.
