David Gilburt

Group Non-Executive Director

David is an experienced Director with a strong track record both as a Non-Executive and Executive Director.

He is a qualified accountant, highly skilled in financial management, recovery & turnaround with a demonstrable track record of delivering improvement. He has previously held NHS Non-Executive roles in both provider and commissioner organisations most recently at the Specialist Foundation Trust in Oswestry.

David is also an independent member of the Governance Audit and Risk Committee of the Muir Group Housing Association, a Trustee of the Hospice of the Good Shephard in Chester and a member of the Health Financial Management Association’s Governance and Audit Committee.
