About Kim

My son was diagnosed with heart failure in November 2023, a huge shock to him and to his family. During our many visits to LHCH since this time I became aware of  the role of Governor and was elected to the Merseyside Public role in September 2024.

As a Governor I want to ensure that all families continue to receive the care and support that we have had and to use my skills and experience to contribute to the development of LHCH.

I am the Chief Executive at Parkhaven Trust, a leading charity based in Maghull and providing a range of services for older people and people with dementia. My role includes the development and delivery of the organisations strategy ,ensuring that service users receive excellent care and staff enjoy working at Parkhaven.

Prior to this I worked at Board level in a number of NHS organisations with responsibility for service development and delivery,  human resources, organisational development and business planning.

I am also a Trustee at Citizens Advice Liverpool.
