Dan Grimes

Director of Operations

Dan brings 20 years’ experience from senior operational management, improvement and transformation roles across Cheshire and Merseyside and Greater Manchester, including as Director of Operations in two separate trusts, and from supporting Urgent and Emergency Care improvements across Cheshire and Merseyside ICB.

Dan is currently leading on the LAASP Business Case programme and will continue to support this whilst in his new capacity as Director of Operations for LHCH and Broadgreen Hospitals.

Dan will formally take up his role as Director of Operations for the LHCH and Broadgreen Hospital Management Team in January 2026.
