John Doyle

John Doyle joined Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in March 2024.

John is a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant who has worked on/with numerous NHS Boards as a Finance Director and Management consultant for over 30 years, of which 17 have been in Liverpool.

John has experience in all areas of the NHS which provides him with a unique wealth of experience enabling him to understand how NHS organisations can collaborate to improve patient care.  John led on the development of the Clock View Mental Health Hospital in Walton, which he classes as his greatest achievement in his NHS career.  This improved the environment enabling Service Users to receive better care.

John is a Trustee of Halton Citizens Advice Bureau which allows him to use his skills to support Advisors in their work.
