My name is Gillian Lancaster, born and bred Liverpudlian living close to LHCH and I’m pleased to say, this is ‘my’ hospital as a patient. As a qualified Social Worker my professional experience has been in the social care sector with specialisms in D/deaf services and those with additional needs. As a Trust that, I believe, strives to pro-actively listen to the patient voice, I’m delighted to be joining LHCH as a Patient Safety Partner. I am keen to represent that voice and look forward to contributing to the Trusts drive to embed PSIRF into patient safety management.
