Cardiothoracic Advanced Nurse Practitioners

The Cardiothoracic Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPS) are ward-based and provide an excellent standard of care to all surgical patients seven days week.

The team are highly skilled and provide care on all the surgical wards for patients from preoperative to post operative care.

They provide clinical expertise across the ward, patient management and medication optimisation.  

The team offer nurse led clinics, ward attender clinics and work closely with district nurses and GPs resulting in excellent patient experience.
