Neurological Rehabilitation

The Rehabilitation Team consists of a Physiotherapist, Physiotherapy Technical Instructor and a Physiotherapy assistant. We provide specialist physiotherapy for people who have complex rehabilitation needs following their procedure for example neurological conditions such as stroke and pre-existing medical conditions.

If required your treatment will include an assessment, treatment plan and goals setting. This will be done on an individual basis depending on your needs with the aim to assist you back to your previous level of ability and function. On occasions it maybe necessary for you to be transferred to a hospital nearer your home to continue with your rehabilitation prior to you being discharged home.
