Physician Associate Supervisor of the year

We're delighted that Dr Sarah Sibley, Respiratory Consultant, has been named Physician Associate Supervisor of the Year at the Royal College of Physicians' Faculty of Physician Associates 4th National CPD Conference.
Dr Sibley was recognised as follows:
"Dr Sibley is an outstanding leader was has taken her own time to pursue funding for and embed the new physician and associate roles. These roles are transformational in supporting improvements in the quality of care and access for hard-to-reach patients.
"Sarah is very successful in enhancing quality and equity by her approachable and inclusive style; she is a great advocate of 'freedom to speak up' and devotes much time to teaching and supervising."
