  • General Respiratory Medicine - cough, shortness of breath, asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis, and lung cancer
  • Lead clinician for Interventional Bronchoscopy: Bronchoscopy, Ultra-thin bronchoscopy, Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), Radial peripheral EBUS, Radial Central EBUS, Endobronchial stents in lung cancer, Endobronchial valves for emphysema and Pneumothorax, Endobronchial Cryotherapy and Balloon dilation
  • COPD – both community (developed Knowsley Community COPD service in 2011) and tertiary care particularly lung volume reduction MDT and insertion of endobronchial valves for emphysema.
  • Chest ultrasound - Level 1

Carried out research in Cystic Fibrosis Related Diabetes and Lung cancer
