Val Davies, Chair
Val Davies joined Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital as Chair in April 2022.
Val has enjoyed a longstanding career in business development, consultancy and strategic planning, supported by extensive NHS experience.
She spent time as Deputy Chair at St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and worked closely with colleagues to ensure the highest quality of patient care and also played a lead role in developing partnerships to improve health pathways and reduce local health inequalities.
Val was also a Non-Executive Director at Liverpool Community NHS Trust.
