Professional profile (including Training and Education)
I studied Medicine at Birmingham University, graduating in 1993. I worked in the West Midlands Deanery until moving to Liverpool in 1996. As a registrar, I spent time working at LHCH, RLUBHT and Aintree before starting as a consultant at St Helens and Knowsley NHS Trust in 2005. After more than 10 years in this role, I decided to embrace a new challenge and join the outstanding community service.
I enjoy gardening, fine wine, yoga and reading. I was a volunteer at the Rugby World Cup in 2015.
