Triple Success in PEAT Scores
For the first time Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital has received ‘excellent’ in all three categories – environment, food and privacy and dignity - in the national Patient Environment Action Team (PEAT) scores for 2011.
Raj Jain, Chief Executive, said, "This is a tremendous achievement for the Trust and once again highlights the dedication of our staff to excellent, compassionate and safe care, for every patient, every day. We know that these areas are some of the most important to get right if we are to achieve our vision for patient experience."
