    Individual Support Options

We aim to do everything possible to meet individual needs. These may include anything from meeting a dietary requirement to ensuring that information is available in large print or an alternative language. We also have a number of information leaflets available in easy read format.

For further details please contact the LHCH Customer Care Team.

    Equality Analysis

The Trust had in place an equality impact system that has now been replaced by a system of Equality Analysis, in line with the requirements of the Equality Act 2010.

    Our Staff

There are a number of employment policies in place that aim to ensure that equality, diversity and human rights are embedded in our employment practice. Equality, diversity and human rights are covered during induction and there is an internal training programme that includes general awareness as well as more targeted provision. Our staff make every effort to meet the needs of individuals within the clinical setting. If you need anything please just ask.

Please see our Workforce Equality Monitoring Report 2013.
